Join & Complete Onboarding
Create your account and complete the $99/month membership enrollment. You'll then be guided through our 8-step clinical onboarding — capturing your identity, health history, medications, goals, and consents at your own pace with voice-input support.
Physician Review & Consultation
A licensed physician at Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach reviews your complete onboarding profile before your consultation. Any safety flags are reviewed immediately. Your physician determines the appropriate treatment approach based on your full clinical picture.
Prescription & Pharmacy Coordination
Once your physician approves treatment, our care team coordinates your prescription with your preferred pharmacy. We assist with prior authorization, manufacturer coupon programs, and insurance navigation to minimize your out-of-pocket cost.
Ongoing Program & Monitoring
Your program continues with weekly check-ins through the portal, secure messaging with your care team, and clinical monitoring. Dose adjustments, side effect management, and progress tracking are all managed within your patient portal.
