Will I speak directly with a doctor?

Your care is not managed by a chatbot. Each patient's information is reviewed within a physician-supervised clinical process, and care decisions are overseen by a licensed physician. Direct physician communication may occur when clinically appropriate.

What GLP-1 medications are available?

Our physicians can coordinate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications including Zepbound (tirzepatide), Wegovy, and Ozempic (semaglutide), when medically appropriate and based on physician recommendation. Medication is billed separately by your pharmacy.

Is the membership fee covered by insurance?

The $99/month membership fee is not billed to insurance. Medication costs are separate and may be partially covered depending on your plan. Our team assists with prior authorization and manufacturer savings programs.

How much does medication cost?

GLP-1 medication costs vary by type, dose, and coverage. Zepbound (tirzepatide) is often available for approximately $299–$550/month depending on insurance. We assist with savings programs to help reduce your out-of-pocket cost.

What if I have an existing medical condition?

Your physician will review your full medical history during the clinical intake process. Some conditions may require additional evaluation before treatment can begin. Certain conditions are contraindications for GLP-1 therapy and will be assessed appropriately.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Cancel any time before your next billing date. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
